Here we explain A LITTLE ABOUT THE PRIME EXPRESS LOGISTICS PROCESS
1-PO Box creation:
Once you fill out the form to create your PO Box, our system will automatically create a space in our warehouse in Miami to store your packages. A few minutes after registration you will receive an email with the details of your new locker address in Miami.
2-Receive your packages in Miami and send them to Panama:
Once you make your purchases through Amazon, Ebay, AliExpress or any other store of your convenience, it is important that you verify the company that will make the shipment to track your package.
Stores like Amazon or Ebay have a tracking system, which allows you to see when your packages arrive at our warehouses in Miami.
Once your packages are in our warehouses in Miami, it should take a period of 3 business days for your package to be in Panama. If it is delicate cargo, they are only shipped on Fridays.
3-We notify you that your cargo has arrived:
Once the cargo arrives in Panama, we proceed to look for it, generally in the morning. Later we will enter all the packages in our system through which a notification email will be sent to you in the afternoon with information about the packages that we have received for you and the cost to pay to proceed with the delivery of them.
4-Delivery of your packages at the door of your home or office:
Upon receiving the notification email of your cargo with the attached invoice, you can proceed to coordinate the delivery by contacting our customer service team through WhatsApp at 6004-6238, to coordinate the delivery day. Our delivery hours are: from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Remember, before our logistics team adds you to the delivery route, you must have submitted proof of payment.
